I have read quite a bit about navis you guys use, however I thought I would share with you what I bought.

I got the GORILLA NV-SB540DT (60,000), it's a 8GB SSD type navi with 1seg and VICS (for traffic info), It's 100% in Japanese, however it's super easy to use.

I have a big scooter (Suzuki Type M) and mounted with RAM 3 prong PDA holder. The VICS antenna I mounted on the inside of the front screen. I also order a RAM Aqua Box, should have that next week.

Here's pictures of the navi mounted on the bike.

See you on the road!

Last 2 portable navi's I bought are Gorilla's ... good simple, does-the-job product. Much older than yours though  I still got the first one, remote control only and map about 10 years old ... can't bring myself to give it away or chuck it cos "I might need it" one day ...
