Default G.W 2018 6th annual points south tour

The G.W holiday is approaching fast.
    All interested let me know.
The general plan is to take out of Kyoto/Nara in the morning and shoot to Wakayama to the ferry and to tokushima and then to camp 1 free campimg👍.
The plan is to get in and set up pre dark.
    Day (2)
Off to Udon ( you don't want to miss this) and into the mountains and river.
Who knows a boat ride on the river may be in play.
Then find camping. Or off to Dogo depending on time.
    Day (3)
Depending on the time of day 2 either off to Dogo or if we made it there then over the Seto islands casually and to onomichi and Hiroshima.
So all interested hit me back and let me know.

Greetings all my riding and sailing people.
Well as this years ride has winded down. Time for my report👍.
First of all could not have asked for better weather. Great riding and camping weather. While it was hit in the middle of the day what a pleasant ride.
Was a nice small group this year just 3 of us.
So we headed out Saturday AM. I asked if they minded if I reversed the route this year as the Udon shop is closed sundays. All agreed.
So Saturday we headed towards onomichi sadly the route was not as scenic as the rest or the trip but we had fun. We arrived in Onomichi early afternoon and decided call it a day, a short but good day.
    Walked around Onomichi and chilled.
Sunday AM breakfast and off to do the bridges ( Seto islands ) neither of them had ridden them so it was a blast took several stops along the way to soak it in. We wound up in Dogo around lunch time grabbed a bite and headed out of the Dogo area and basically along the coast up to another night of free camping in tokushima I've stayed there a few times. We set up camp and headed off to the onsen about 2k away for a soak for under 600 got to love it. Then the store and camp. Was a nice night and just a few campers so it was great.
Monday we woke and I promised them the best Udon they ever ate and off we went. Surprisingly we waited less than 45 minutes.
We feasted bought a few things and chatted then back to the bikes.
We headed back into tokushima to catch the ferry to Wakayama. While I've done the ferry crossing it was my 1st time in this direction and their first time on a ferry in Japan.
Since they had not been to shirahama before we headed there for the rest of the day and last night.
Today we packed up and headed home
All in all an extremely relaxing trip.
Looking forward to next year already 🏍👍.
Next stop OBon points north tour
