Default "bike barn" - motorcycle storage tent for sale

20000 YEN. Collection Yokohama. New price @ Naps over 40000 YEN.

Selling my bike storage tent due to relocation out of Japan. (garage at home).

No complaints about this product and especially useful if like me you ride daily to work and want to avoid the time
and hassle of folding and unfolding a traditional cover.

Fully rain, snow, & dust proof. Vents provided to dissipate heat and moisture when required.
Convenient to use. Fold up, Ride in, Fold down. No more storage or unfolding wet covers to deal with in your work clothes.....
    Foot print Length 3.8M x Width 1.5M x Height at peak 1.8M.
No part of the tent touches the bike. No more cover burns or rust causing condensation trapped or draining on the bike.
Large enough for large adventure tourer, my KTM 1190 with boxes fits no problem.
Can be bolted down. I use concrete blocks, some pegs and water containers for ballast. (included in sale) - needed if tent is empty on high wind days.
Bike front wheel also keeps it anchored when parked inside.
A few scuffs and water marks, but in overall good condition.
Can be packed for public transport but if taking ballast containers & blocks you will need 2 people to carry everything unless you have a car.
Easy to assemble. I still have the instructions.
I am in Yokohama and the tent will be ready for collection Mid May.

Don't hesitate with any questions. James

If nobody close jumps on this by the end of GW I might make the trip up for that.

    Sure.
    Stay in touch.
It honestly is a good product and so much easier than a traditional cover if you use the bike regularly. I got tired of folding my old cover up and chucking into a box, even more of a pain when wet.....
I would take it home but really have no use for it and it will just take up space packaged up in my garage.

They get great ratings. I can understand not wanting to ship it also.
I'm in Kyoto so if no one lock to you jumps I might just make that drive🏍

    Hello
I have never shipped anything in japan before, hence the reluctance to deliver it. However if your serious and don’t mind paying for shipping I will gladly box it and send it to you. Unless you have business in Yokohama this is bound to be cheaper than the drive. If you wish to buy like this I will be happy to send more photos as you won’t be able to see it in person?

The box it came in was 170x 100x 45 (cm) mass 40kg. I expect less than 5000 yen even if I split into 2 boxes.
I can photograph the disassembly process step by step if you like but I also have the instructions (Japanese but pictorial also)

Transfer money once I have the cost of shipping if ok for you?

If you are ok for shipping I will investigate shipping options as seems japan post has an overall length limit.....

    Sure no issues.
I Estimate you need another 10cm of clearance room if the tent is stored near a wall to allow for folding without damaging the cover.
    Let me know either way?
