    Default Epic Japan Ride 2019

I had originally planned to try and do a ride to Shakailn but with no ferry Iíve re-routed abs re planned. Yup itís January but Iíve been working on this ride as an alternate to Shakalin for a while so time to start the thread.
    Dates: August 2-16
Where : from Kyoto to Hokkaido and back.
Again Iíll post a map soon.
The general plan is as follows:
Leave Kyoto and get the ferry on August 2nd from Kyoto maizuru ferry port to otaru ferry terminal Hokkaido. Itís about 18 hours.
From there spend a few days in Hokkaido Ueno farm the road to heaven and work or way to Hakodate ferry terminal where we hop the ferry to Oma ( about 90 minutes).
From there we will work our way down to Kyoto ( or beyond if time permits) Zig zagging down going thru Amori, lake Towada, matsushina, Toyaba, Hakuba and Nagano to name a few.
This will be camping with a few inn stays along the way.

Stay tuned for maps and more details
